Coaches - T25 Lacrosse

Mike Machiran – Head Coach

Coach Machiran has 20+ years of coaching experience including Mt Hebron High School (State Champion), Marriotts Ridge High School (County Champion), HoCo Lacrosse Club, Owner/Operator T25 Lacrosse LLC, and several college and universities at schools like Princeton University, Loyola U, Towson U, U of Notre Dame, Syracuse, Top 205 Recruiting Camp, Top Star, Champ Camp, etc. His playing experience spans youth (HoCo Cobra), high school (Mt Hebron), college (Towson University), professional (New Jersey Pride), and adult club (Team Toyota LC, Mt Washington LC, and Greene Turtle LC). Throughout his career he has earned various lacrosse honors including: Maryland HS All-State Team, Inside Lacrosse Blue Chip Collegiate Top Recruit – Defense, HS All Metro, HS 2x First Team All-County, HS Fabulous 40 Selection, 3x County Champion, 3x Regional Champion, 3x State Championship Finalist, Towson Athletics Hall of Fame, 2x Team Captain (Towson University), Honorable Mention NCAA Division 1 All-American, All-America East, NCAA Division 1 National Semi-finalist, and 2x Towson Scholar Athlete Award Winner.

Josh McCulloh – Offensive Coach

Coach Josh comes from a long line of coaches in his family of both Football and Lacrosse with his father and brother also being coaches. Josh is also the Offensive Coordinator for the HoCo Champion Marrotts Ridge Mustangs HS team

Brian Machiran – Defensive Coach

Coach Brian started playing lacrosse as an adult and has since played and coached over 20 years of lacrosse with experience on multiple club teams as well as currently coaching at Mt Hebron High School. He comes from a family of lacrosse from his wife being a hall of fame member at Towson University as well as 2 brothers having played there. Both of his children are currently starring for Mt Hebron in lacrosse. His son Nick is also on the T25 staff as a faceoff specialist.

Nick Machiran – Faceoff Coach

Coach Nick is a senior at Mt Hebron HS where he has been named Under Armour All-American for his play at Midfield & Faceoffs. He is currently in the recruiting process for to play in College in the spring of ‘23

Tim Murphy – Goalie Coach

Never played lacrosse, but 3 years Deck Hockey Goalie and Forward, Massachusetts leagues. Multi sport player through the years. Retired US Army Master Sergeant, Paratrooper.

Todd Luke – Assistant Coach

Todd has been coaching youth rec and club lacrosse for 10 years. He also coached his sons club hockey team for 5 years. He started playing lacrosse in middle school and played at Dematha High School. Todd lives in Ellicott City with his wife Kate and 3 children.

Pablo Manzanera – Assistant Coach

Pablo has coached yth sports for over 10 seasons, including basketball, field hockey, and lacrosse. He has coached boys lacrosse in since 2015 with the Cobra and Hoco programs. Pablo grew up in Howard County and attended Centennial HS, graduating in 1992. Pablo lives in Columbia with his wife Jenai and their three children.

Laura VanTine – Administrator

This is Laura’s 2nd season as the Team Admin, and 4th season with the team. A self-admitted Type A, Laura keeps the team logistics organized and up to date. Laura and her family moved to Ellicott City 7 years ago, at which time she started to learn about lacrosse and now loves the sport. Outside of role as Team Admin, Laura works for a local freight brokerage company in their Accounts Payable department.
